The lighting project of the Elisa Residence in Lugano, a skillful combination of state-of-the-art LED technology and maximum light control, focused on both the outdoor areas of the structure (balconies, pedestrian access, green areas, and porticos) and the internal common spaces (lobby and stairwell), aiming to create inviting and welcoming environments.

The building, at night, thanks to the lighting designed for the balconies, acquires an absolutely distinctive character compared to the context.

Inside, the lighting dedicated to the void was achieved through the installation of three pendant lighting fixtures, each composed of 40 glass spheres with integrated LED modules. The special execution lighting installation, which extends upward for 18 meters, gives the Residence an atmosphere of innate elegance, conferring a unique identity.
