The pedestrian and cyclist mobility of Bellinzona and its surrounding areas is encouraged by the project for the new footbridge at Saleggi, an important structure serving citizens in their daily lives and for tourists who want to explore and admire the beauties of Bellinzonese on two wheels.

The lighting project for the footbridge, which is 152 metres long and 3 metres wide, has taken into account the illumination levels required by the relevant regulations. The lighting fixtures provided are recessed wall-mounted, with a linear design, offering a diffused and even light distribution across the entire surface.

In order to integrate them with the architectural structure, a counterframe in corten steel was designed for those installed in the metal framework of the footbridge.
